Patron Kiosk
Self-service cash access designed for regulated gaming environments in the US and Canada. Multi-language support for English, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Punjabi, and Arabic ��� with full right-to-left layout for Arabic. Responsible gaming controls, including spending limit acknowledgements and self-exclusion checks, are built into every transaction before amount selection.
Cage Workstation
A streamlined single-screen workflow designed around how a cashier actually works on a busy gaming floor. Retrieve pending transactions by card last four, view the pre-authorization with a live expiry timer, scan government-issued ID in one step, capture a digital signature, and print both copies of the receipt — without switching applications or navigating nested menus.
Back-Office Portal
Real-time reporting, reconciliation, and transaction search from your own dashboard — not a vendor-generated export. Search by date range, terminal, card, or transaction ID. Export to Excel for your finance team. Settlement data is yours, updated in real time as transactions settle to your merchant account.
VIP Fee Management
Configure preferred service fee rates for VIP or high-value patrons based on tier, spend level, or individual patron profile. VIP pricing rules are set in the back-office portal by authorized supervisors and apply automatically at the kiosk — no manual override required at the cage and no patron-by-patron configuration at point of transaction.
Responsible Gaming Module
Built-in spending limits, self-exclusion handling, and compliance controls that support US state and Canadian provincial responsible gaming requirements. Exclusion status is checked before the patron reaches amount selection. Spending limit acknowledgements are built into the transaction flow. RG donation options can be configured per property.
Remote Operations
Push software updates, fee configuration changes, and responsible gaming control adjustments remotely — without site visits, scheduled downtime windows, or coordination with on-site staff. Multi-property operators can manage all locations from a single back-office login. Updates are deployed over the air with zero patron-facing interruption.
